Attendance is limited and registrations will be considered on first come/first serve basis. Short course registration can only be made in addition to Conference registration.
- Conference Dinner reservations are limited and will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. The Conference Dinner is included in both participant registration and student registration (provided this is confirmed upon registration); it is NOT included in Single Day registration.
- Accompanying person registration includes: Welcome Reception on Sept. 19 | Conference Dinner Sept. 21 | 20% VAT.
Payments
Payments can only be made in Euro (EUR).
On-line registrations can be paid either by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa) or bank transfer (EUR currency).
NOTICE: On-site registrations can ONLY be paid cash (EUR currency).
Terms and conditions
Cancellations of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of 100 EUR per participant provided the cancellation is received before 9 August 2010. After this date no refunds will be made. Replacements of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of 50 EUR per participant.
On-line registration will be considered confirmed only after the receipt of fees payments.
